Personal Background

Holli’s story begins on a 200-acre dairy farm in Southern Minnesota, where she was born and raised. Growing up in a hardworking farm family instilled in her, at a very young age, the values of dedication, resilience, and helping others—principles that continue to guide her both personally and professionally.

After completing her schooling, Holli ventured to Colorado, where she launched a fast-paced career in the airline industry. Her drive and determination quickly propelled her into management. However, following the events of September 11, 2001—which brought unprecedented change to the airline industry—Holli made the pivotal decision to pursue a new path.

In 2002, Holli began what would become a lifelong career in residential real estate. Starting in Colorado, she joined a national brokerage firm and rapidly rose to become one of the top agents, recognized for her exceptional sales volume and client dedication. She has earned both the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations, enhancing her ability to expertly guide her clients through every step of the process.

Throughout her career, Holli has received numerous accolades, including the Leading Edge Society award, International President's Circle, International President's Elite, International Diamond, Top Ten Connecticut & Numerous local MLS achievement awards recognizing her outstanding performance and commitment to excellence. She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, and the New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS®.
